As of Sept. 1st  2016, Polk County has approved our site plans and issued permits after 2 1/2 years. We replaced windows, painted the modulars and cleaned out our storage building in May and June. We received permits on August 10th. In just 3 short weeks we have repositioned the buildings, built a deck, excavated the driveways and parking with over 12" of removal and rock, poured the ADA parking space, gotten plumbing hooked up, insulation re-done under the buildings, new gutters, cleaned and fixed the carpets and so many more small things that are too much to list. Staff has been here all week cleaning out their classrooms and painting, they are going to work on Labor day moving furniture into the classrooms. Electrical should be done by Sept 8th, along with the fire alarm system and skirting the buildings. The excavators are pouring the concrete walkway up to the ADA ramp and the striping company is coming in this weekend to do the parking space lines, bumpers and signs. Next week the excavators will start the road widening and ditching required by the county and an HVAC company will be here redoing the duct work and servicing the heating units. If all goes well we will be able to do final inspection on Friday the 9th and start school on Monday, Sept. 12th (one week delay).

Now, to pay the contractors that have pushed other jobs aside to help us get all of this done in time. . . please help us out as we will come up short on funds after business interruptions insurance has paid out. We will be about $53,000 short of being able to pay our contractors. Our go fund me site can be found at https://www.gofundme.com/eolahills

Thank you for your help and support!

Here are pictures of the new site as we progress to getting our new campus done.  Your support helps us move towards having a complete campus for the students to return to in the 2016/2017 school year.

In October of 2013 our school burnt to the ground in an accidental fire.  We have since moved to several different sites while working to find our new "home".  In December of 2014 we broke ground on the site for our new campus in Ballston, Oregon.  We are still a long way from having our campus done.  Your support and donations will help us move into our new "home" in September, 2016.  Thank you for your support.
